We review every message as quickly as we can and typically reply within 1–3 business days. Including the following details helps us assist you more accurately.
Forutin supports Apple and Google sign-in only. Please first check whether there is an issue with your Apple or Google account. If you still cannot sign in, let us know by email and we will help.
Products are searched based on the Korean MFDS (Ministry of Food and Drug Safety) registration database. If a product is not found, you can register it manually. Accurate ingredient and dosage information will be used for analytics and analysis features.
Please check that notifications are allowed in iOS Settings → Notifications → Forutin, and that notifications are enabled inside the app. If you have set a Do Not Disturb window, reminders will not arrive during those hours.
On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, select Forutin Plus, and cancel. After cancelling, you can continue using Plus features until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds for in-app subscriptions are governed by the Apple App Store refund policy. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
You can do this yourself in the app under My Info → Close Account. On closure, your registered supplement list, intake records, and settings are all deleted immediately.
Upon account closure, we automatically request revocation of your Apple/Google sign-in connection (token revocation). If the request fails due to an external service outage, deletion of your account data still proceeds. You may review or remove the connection yourself in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Sign in with Apple).
